About Us

Hi! My name is Teeghen Einstein.

I am 27 years old and love to challenge myself. I have been interested in health and wellness, exercising and training for as long as I can remember. Since moving to Texas, the Dallas / Forth Worth area, I have noticed that a ton of people share my interests! I figured I could share some of my favorite “cheat codes” with anyone willing to try out some homemade teas, juices and broths.

Some of the products on this site are things that have been staples in my home for decades while others are new additions to my routine due to the compromised state of store bought beverages. Honey green tea was always my favorite growing up and now I get to share that with my husband (who loves it just as much as I did growing up)! 

From my kitchen to yours- I hope you enjoy these homemade beverages and they make you feel as good as they make me feel! In a world full of additives that we can’t pronounce, I am proud to say the only additive in my products is a short, easy to pronounce, 4 letters:
